• Upon receiving the email, you may reach out if you find the property appealing.
• We schedule a phone or Video call to discuss the property particulars, return on investment figures, photos, and other relevant information.
• If you decide to move forward, we will send you the Terms of Sale and an invoice for the finder's fee.
• After receiving your signed terms and payment, we will arrange a Video call to provide you with complete property details.
• Following that, we will inform the selling agents of the buyer's identity via email, and the property will be marked as "Sold Subject to Contract" (SSTC).
• The purchase process will proceed as usual, and we will step back and allow you to communicate directly with the agent.
